The total number of condos for sale as of January 2020 is 226 compared to 199 total condos for sale as of January 10, 2019. Overall, this represents a 13% increase in the available inventory of condos for sale compared to around this time frame last year. The most important increase we see in the Coconut Grove condo market is the under $1M mark, where there is a 48% increase in the available inventory for condos for sale in the Coconut Grove market.
